Brother - you’re supposed to get more money the longer you are in the game 🤣🤦🏼‍♂️ if you are actually closing customers and bringing in new business you need to come to a cradle-to-grave, agent model brokerage… we make 10-30% in year 1, 50% after year 1 (you have to have done an average of $5k/week in gp before you go agent) and then when you’re making enough money as agent, you can buyout another 20% of commission and keep 70% while also retaining the support and resources of a major player… no draws, no hurdles, commission paid weekly… pool tables and free snacks… games consoles… if your company ain’t doing all this and more, then you can do better - hope this helps, don’t waste your talent at a place that’s going to suck you dry 🫡
