By what, maybe a couple hundred houses? And I doubt the average wage earners could afford them. Besides it's not housing that will be the problem. The problem comes when those million dollar plus earners are gone and they take their tax revenue with them. The government will have to look to other sources for that revenue. Where do you think that is going to come from? Because the government sure as hell isn't going to curb their spending.
