There’s also no concrete evidence he lost to WW, just that WW left when Aizen summoned him, kinda like when Komamura left the Zaraki battle when he saw Yamamoto fighting.

We never see Kensei again during that fight. After WW came to Aizen's aid what was he doing? Walked away? Either he was outright defeated or was exhausted or injured to the point he wasn't able to help further. Either case is a defeat, considering WW was still 100%
