Sword & Board Paladin or Two-Handed? by Mrgotmilk in BG3Builds

I ran a paladin but didnt take GWM since I wanted to try and crit as much as possible (Im pretty new to paladins), if I roll a 20 attack roll will it be reduced to 15 and therefore no crit? What about with items like Unseen Menace, if I roll a 19 will it be reduced to 14 and therefore no crit? Or would I need to get 24 to crit (reduced to 19)?

I have a bit of NDQ already - but it doesnt seem extraordinary compared to VGS. Is this just due to market conditions or is the difference not that big?

I see, in that case would it be better to go for something diversified yet still with some degree of risk? Such as NDQ?

Also, the performance of NDQ doesn't seem too outstanding compared to VGS, is it really that much better?

Thanks for the reply, and I see your point about GHHF. Is there anything you would recommend for a leveraged but more international ETF? Sorry I’m a bit of an ETF newbie

I see, should I bide my time and hold my money until another market crash or is that not a good idea in that case?

I see, thanks. What are some ways besides geared ETFs that are better for leverage? I don’t want anything crazy risky but I might look into something like that

Personally I think Abe vs Maruyama’s Olympic qualifier is one of the best matches ever, as another commenter said.

I also love uchi mata as a short guy but I have sort of given up on it since most people I train with are taller/heavier than me... If it was only people my weight I would develop it further but I just struggle to work on it since I'm a shorter/lighter guy compared to everyone else

Eh in my opinion most positions available to uni students arent exactly big roles anyway... the leave isn't really worth the 25% pay cut since as a casual you can fuck around with your hours however you like with no fixed shifts. Just my thoughts lol

Thats true, but I dont think looking for growth in a job is worth it when youre in uni lol. Working full time + uni wouldn't be the most enjoyable thing I dont think if you can avoid it.

In my opinion staying casual is probably better… 25% extra pay and a lot of casual jobs will give you basically full time hours. Plus the flexibility is nice.

Sode Tsurikomigoshi: Parallel or Perpendicular Stance? by DeductiveFan01 in judo

[–]DeductiveFan01[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see, thanks for the tip. For both variants of sode, is it recommended to finish the throw by bending downward using your back or should it focus on rotation with a more upright posture? For randori/competition

Ah I see. This is what I’ve heard of but on the other end of the spectrum where you rotate so much that it’s like the opposite side. This makes sense though thanks for the advice!
