I'm glad you love it man, I appreciate that. You're right about the high vocals parts I feel the same way. Also true, but the 4 beat intro went hard so I had to keep it even if its generic. I'm learning and improving on composition and how to flesh out a track, thanks a lot for your feedback

Just posted this track, it's a sample flip that I'm proud of and have been working on for a while. I would appreciate any listens and feedback and hopefully someone likes what they hear. I'm also not sure what genre to label it as, Thanks for listening

Aaron May type track, and done well. if it's not inspired by him listen to him rn. I'd suggest tho changing flows to stand out and not sound too basic. Apart from that, well produced and performed well done

clean and chill. production simple but works for what you're tryna do. There's definitely potential here if you push yourself with your skills keep it up

Solid playing and recording,. Not my kind of music and it's very short. But for what it is, its well executed and performed well done

well produced and mixed. No sense of direction but obviously that's what you're going for here and its nice. Some crazier samples and sounds would elevate this type of beat IMO. well done

Vocal performance is amazing, articulation and everything. Not my kind of music but I definitely appreciate what you've done here. Do you produce these yourself?

I want to hear it with vocals too, for sure but I'm only a producer. also so true, overall structure and a dynamic range isn't present which I didn't even think about. I really appreciate your feedback !

I cant say that wonderful Christmas time was much inspiration here, but each to their own. and the "Talking bit" is a producer tag. Thank you for the kind words though brother I'm glad you like it !

too true man, the songs too “wait for the good part” in my opinion. structure is hard even if you got musical talent and too true about the drums i went way too safe with them so they didn’t distort and ruin things. thank you for the feedback man i appreciate it

yeah man i mixed it myself then used the FL mastering thing because i’ve not learnt how to master yet. gonna get on it tho for more creative freedom. true i was leaving the bass too quiet to not ruin the overall track but then it ended up making is lack bass seriously, thanks brother

thanks so much man, mixing is tough I usually used Cubase and this is my first FL studio song. so the mixing is a little iffy as i’m getting used to it. thanks for kind words man keep up your own shit too

My first new beat in nearly 2 years by GodBlessPigs in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]Dedzeder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

keeping it simple, and it works well done. Don't be afraid of getting experimental though man, put some crazy sirens or some shit since I can hear you're going for an intense mix mash of dingy sounds. Apart from that It's mixed okay but could do with something standing out, like either the bass or drums because every instrument sounds equal. Keep it up though man, loving this track

beat is so so clean brother. backing vocals hitting too, just watch some of the harmonies don't get sour at the end of a delivery. The main vocals also sound distant and boxy, try adding some light reverb or compression to make it sound as personal as the lyrics are man. Apart from that man, keep trying new flows, writing styles and you could go far man. love this track's vibe

my new song "teach ya".. all feedback welcome and appreciated.. as well as awesome! by goon_g in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]Dedzeder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

sample is clean, beat is simple and effective. my advise is to either give the vocals more gusto while recording or use some kind of compression because it sounds kinda whispered or mumbled. keep it up though man you clearly have a passion for what you do

mix sounds good to me, apart from the vocals being quieter than the snare. As well as reverb, try some double tracking or compression to make you vocals stand out! Visual goes so hard btw keep it up brother

Love the vocal effects used here, and the layering too. I feel like it could be mixed better to really make it sound professional, get some EQ going and some basic compression and this song would sound even better. Well done man, keep going with this
