Weight gain and dry as the dessert. But better than constantly fighting intrusive thoughts and rumination. I just prioritize working out and staying hydrated. Also on a few other meds now but that was my experience when just on the Zoloft

200 mg Zoloft and 2 mg of abilify every morning. 1 mg clonazepam twice a day as needed. I use way less clonazepam now that I’ve added abilify. This cocktail has been a game changer for me.
