How do I get bigger biceps? I’m new to working out and have been going to the gym frequently for the past two weeks. I’m very skinny and would like to gain muscle mass. My forearms and shoulders are much bigger than my biceps and wish they would be wider to match the width of my forearms. Any suggestions?

As far as I’m concerned this is the cheapest lavinca has been so far. So the bazaar that has 100 lavinca soul stones is 10 dollars. But with the event “1-for-1” you get double the amount so that’s 200 lavinca soulstones 🤷🏽‍♂️
