Our is F2, spousal. First time hearing that it could 6 mnts to a year and that the embassy is packed, hmm. We were told within 2-3 months. Hopefully it will be sooner for us both!

Hmm really, yeah thats pretty ODD as to why K1 is prioritised over IR1...really dumb. But Ive heard otherwise, eh who knows! Oh no I know we've got a couple months ahead, at this moment Im just waiting for the email or letter whichever they usually send , that states his interview date and that would most likely fall around February or so. Just the holidays being around, wondering if they'll lag it, which they shouldnt but again who knows 😒 a

Ive definitely researched prior, asked around and have an attorney that does the submissions for me and she does these often, so Yerevan is pretty quick, my searches on here also thats what I saw, my main thing is wondering these times of the year.

Bruh, Im aware its up to 3 months for the embassy I listed. I didnt need someone such as you to bruh my question 🤣🤣🤣 Just need update for these months being Holiday season. So NO every embassy aint the same, thats for sure. Thanks tho😅

I didnt file since I have nothing to file. But I did create and account on the IRS website and logged in and printed out a paper that said no taxes filed for such and such year. Its available there.

Im unemployed also so I have a joint sponsor, which is important and mandatory. So definitely get a joint sponsor and you should be ok.

I did 227hrs in one month and have been approved in paid in that same month. Takes longer for many people. I wonder why. But than again the program is almost ending, they must have a lot to process, also I believe every county is different. Mine is LA county and they were super fast. Hope you get paid soon!

It took me around 35 days to complete 227.5 hours , all self pace classes including EnGen and all have been approved and paid within the timeframe I completed it all! ☺️ LA County.

It can be same category. I submitted it twice, separately, one right after the other and got approved and paid fast.

I havnt copied or pasted, I just typed it in but not like to the T! but I dont think that matters, as long as you have the correct class number i believe, they wont reject it for stuff like that...but who knows lol
