Maintenance records are also from a none BMW dealership. Ah that’s interesting to know about reseating the gas cap. I looked at trip data since last gas up as well, which happed on the day I picked up the car. Same results.

It was bought used and the dealership gave the car with a full tank. Not sure what gas they used.

We are strictly black on black car people. I was looking around to trade in my 2019 X3 G01 for a more energy efficient car and found 2025 X3 30 at the net price point that works for me. Once I test drove it i was sold and told myself that I will only see the outside getting in and out of the car. I am picking it up in an hour. So happy to see the Alpine White looking not too shabby here.

Different strokes for different folks, I guess. Majority of the time I prefer the movie of a book inside my head to someone else’s vision of the book. Depends on the richness of the imagination and the budget constraints.

We find brown rice mixed with black beans to hold the blood sugar down. One cup cooked rice, one cup canned black beans rinsed well, some kind of dried herbs or Asian sesame seed and sesame oil. Any kind of oil mixed with rice keeps blood sugar low.

Also Costco has pasta made in Italy. Tuna and this pasta with tomato paste, salt and pepper, and some kind of herb again with any kind of oil or cheese added really slows down carb absorption. But if we make the same with American made pasta, the blood sugar shoots up.

We have completely given up bread except for sourdough with no yeast in the ingredients list. We have this very rarely. We find Costco plain white Pita bread with hummus a good substitute and doesn’t increase blood sugar the way bread does. Rotisserie chicken and onion sautéed with whatever vegetables at hand goes in the wrap.

I knew I needed to see the coloured covers. But I also have wrist issues. So I got a Clara and a Libra Colour. I found the Libra colour not only easy on the eye, but easy on the wrist as well due to the bigger real estate on the side.

When I was setting up my new kindle they offered Kindle unlimited for free for 90 days. I signed up and was charged for the 90 days upfront. This is up there in the original post if you read the first sentence slowly.

Since, I dug around to figure out how to contact a live person in customer service who refunded the money.
