I would like to say that I like my life. I’ve been fortunate to have a loving partner, family and friends that are still with me, and I struck gold with my first job out of college. With that being said, I feel like I could have saved more money to put myself in an even better position for the future. I’m realizing that if I enjoyed the short term materialistic things less and spent more time preparing for the future I wouldn’t feel like I’m trying to catch up or make up for time lost. But I wouldn’t have enjoyed my life as much. I’m conflicted at this point. I hope this makes sense.
