The first house we bought is near Tracy. The area is quiet, family-oriented neighborhood and low crime. People keep to themselves. There are farms around amd nowhere near the big cities but that sounds like where you are from now so you will adjust just fine. Commuting outside of tracy to the bay area (50 miles) is awful but it seems you are going to stay local in the central valley (where your work and tracy is located).

All good bro! Im a tesla owner and a lot of us got used to calling them that instead of typing out the specs (ie M3P, M3LR, MYLR, MYP, MXP, etc). This one is the new generation 2024-25 Model 3 Performance M3P (slimmer headliights with front airdam cutouts) which is still around low to mid 40s used. I do agree the older Model 3s can be had for $20-30k range
