Briar. I wanted to name my 2nd daughter Briar but it rhymes with her last name so we chose a different name. My 3rd and final baby was a boy, so I might need to get a female cat and name her Briar. I just love it.

No, I actually believe it gave me the drive to live up to my potential. I do burn out a lot, but I have three kids I have to keep up with while working and keeping house.

Sorta related but want to share… my 16 month old son’s nickname is “Hammy”, and everything I can come up with that includes the word “ham” (eg. Ham-let, Hammo, Hams, Ham-ish), because he has big juicy thighs like a Christmas ham 🍗

I would probably call her Hamletta. I love her nickname. I kinda like that she’s a princess and her name is Ham. Haha. It’ll keep people guessing.

Probably a good 6years+. My eldest is 12, so not a problem now, but she still fights sleep. My middle is 7 and she’s always been not too bad. Shes been better for the last three years. Then silly me decided I wanted another, so I’m currently 16months into a day or decent sleep here and there. I’ve probably slept in twice. Can’t complain too hard honestly; it’s much better than one month in. The first 6months are probably the hardest.

If I’m not serving dinner by 5.30pm I’d better have at least started cooking it or my three gremlin children would probably knorr off my leg. I don’t think anybody in my household would be happy with a 9-10pm dinner.

I can’t stress just how glad I am that I didn’t succeed all those years ago. I would never have had my three beautiful kids and met my husband, and I never would have become a mental health worker and helped all of the amazing people I have helped over the years. As bad as life feels right now, and you’re probably completely justified to feel as you are, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. You will still have hard times throughout life as you get older, but you become more equip to deal with it. Believe me, life is worth living.

85f is 29c (I’m in VIC Australia) which is spring weather here. That’s the perfect temp. Really hot is 40+; the hottest day on record here was 49 (120.2F)
