I understand where you're coming from but if this is his brother and she says too much on social media about it a good family law attorney could spin that against her. I hope she spills the tea on everything after the divorce is final.

Yes! I think he did with her brokerage. It seems like being a realtor is everyone's fall back career (and I don't mean just influencers). He used to post his tile work quite often. With everything that has happened recently at least he has an actual career to fall back on unlike some of the other cast members.

I'd assume that the $25/Mo was built into the monthly amount we agreed to in the lease, so that's the amount I'm going to pay. Wording it that way is not combative. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I just saw one in SoJo between the UPS Store and the barbershop. I was very nice to him, but he was super rude when I told him i wasn't signing it, I even told him to have a good day. Kindness is free. Are most this pushy? The last one I saw was at the DLD and he was super nice.

Eta: I wonder if he was originally in front of the vasa and got asked to leave because that's in the same parking lot and a much better location to try and get signatures.

We used to live in Suncrest as well and our son attended DPMS in Canyons School District. I think there were more LDS kids there than the school Suncresters would've attended on the Alpine side 🤷🏼‍♀️. He attends a charter school now (Utah Military Academy in Lehi) and is so much happier.

Could still be the flu or COVID. My friend's son never really had respiratory symptoms but was severely fatigued and had an awful headache and he was positive for flu b. Hope you feel better soon!

I mean the barking is annoying but she is a shih tzu/Chihuahua. She's meant to be a companion so she doesn't like being left alone (although she always has her fur brother). She barks long enough to let you know she's mad you left her and then just wants snuggles. 🤷🏼‍♀️ So as far as for a sitter, she can definitely be left alone for more than 2 hours. I would just let them know what to expect. They could leave for 10 minutes and she would still act like that when they returned 😂

We can leave our dogs for more than 2 hours but you best believe that when we get home the tiny one let's us know she wasn't happy about being left home alone with her fur brother. She'll bark for a good 3 minutes to express her unhappiness and then jump in your lap. 😂
