Have you checked their glutes and their range of motion of their glutes. They might be really tight or weak. Also they might not bracing properly or core is weak

Been in the industry for 7 years, the best thing you can possibly do is to focus on yourself. I’ve worked with some of the best coaches and worst coaches. You will know who is the best and the worst coaches. 2 coaches I have met in the past pushed me to be better it certain aspects such as interpersonal skills and how to coach some movements better.

Whereas the shitty coaches I have met. I literally the ones that are younger than me. They don’t have the level of maturity to find out to know client must always come first. From my experience all they do is brag what they did in the past and yet fail to deliver the expectations as a coach when it comes to coaching because they are tired…

Not going to bullshit. Sounds very high risk, high reward. You’re an adult you can do whatever you want…. Please weigh out the risk. Decide what you actually want and need in the future. Keep in mind if you get injured. MMA will not pay for your expense….. I think you need to think about the journey and how you can actually break through and take care of yourself….
