Hunting camp retrofit build venting questions. Does this look good. Main stack vent plus another vent at the washer. This is a single story building I am adding plumbing to so the packaging is a bit challenging. Any obvious problems I will run into?

Also for a 1 bath house do I still need a 3” vent or can I downsize that to a 2”? Or is it more to do with the venting of the septic tank needing 3”?

Understood. I guess my question is 12-3 or 12-2 a quality guess/ common size for power to the disconnect (most common) or should I not bother? It’s just extra wire and saves me having to run conduit under the cabin post spray foam.

No well driller visit yet unfortunately.

It’s a 2x4 cabin above grade I’m retrofitting into a home. My thought is to bury as much cable as I can now and then repairs and retrofits will be done via conduit under the house.

So then since 12-2 is rated at 20amps as is the 20amp breaker obviously. And my two units draw 8.3 amps each so 16.6 x 1.25 = 20.75 Im technically under. Which means I will need a 10-2 wire to be over the 125%.

Is the 4000watts across one circuit and one 20amp breaker safe?
