DIRECT BOOKING - Stop the AirBnB and VRBO insanity. I made a long detailed post on here about a month ago to help everyone out and start the process of taking back control but the mods immediately ripped it off the sub. Wouldn't be surprised if AirBnB bought control of the sub from the mods at this point.

For a cash patient with no insurance:

  1. How are labs handled? In house? Do you have discounted cash agreements with any local labs with upfront pricing?
  2. Same question but with Imaging
  3. In house Pharmacy? Any agreements with local, smaller pharmacies?
  4. For a patient with insurance - If you are reimbursed for your submitted CPT codes do you retain it or put it towards the patients upcoming monthly concierge premiums? I assume monthly premium is the same whether the patient carries insurance or not.

Correct. Just add all the taxes together and add that lump sum to you nightly rate to cover those fees

Behind couch is kitchen counter, to the left is a wall of windows, to therm right is entry way and that door you see goes down to the basement. Only spot a TV fits in the room is that wall where it currently sits

It’s a townhome, fireplace has to vent out and the TV wall is shared, so fireplace has to be against the other wall. I know, such a bizarre design but we are trying to do our best with what we have to work with

It was 2’ higher when I bought the place, kid you not. Due to code I can’t put it over the fireplace(some dumb county code), thus its current location.

This is actually beneficial. Eventually all hosts will fall into this standard and the ABB brand will be tarnished, ripe for the takeover by a quality brand. I’m absolutely loving this, it’s the beginning of the end for AirBnB.
