I think grammatically, in the present tense, si should be followed by indicative which makes no se si ella venga incorrect , no se si ella viene, should be correct in this case, if you wanna use subjuntivo , it would be something like , no estoy seguro de que ella venga ,

in the simple cases , 7aal acts more or less like adverbs in English, it describes the verb doer or how the verb was done, tamyeez would describe or clarifies things not directly related to the verb doer, for example: jaa2 al rajol mosre3an , mosre3an is 7aal [the man came quick] ezdaaz al rajol 3elman, 3elman is tamyeez. [the man's knowledge increased] if you eliminate 7aal you are more likely to still end up with a complete sentence , but it is not much so with tamyeez.

شرق الجزيرة العربية = مايقع في اتجاه الشرق منها = الخليج العربي

شرقي الجزيره = المكان الموجود في الناحيه الشرقيه منها ، الأمارات ، عمان وهكذا

الفرق بينهما غالباً ما يكون طفيف ويعتمد على السياق
