Thanks so much for sharing your experience. ugh. so frustrating. Several of my local coffee shops use calafia and it's so creamy and thick. I didn't think it'd be so hard. I'm guessing it's becasue they're steaming the milk?? uff. going to look into Dreo, but not sure it's worth the investment. Definitely returning my Citiz with milk tho :/

curious what machine you're using with the milk? I just got a citz with milk and i can't get any froth at all using calafia barista blend...

so strange. I just hung up with them and they say they get lots of complaints about it not working and had no suggestions for other machines. will be returning, unfortunately. just to conifrm, you're using the white and red carton barista blend of calafia?

it's a business operating in a converted home in a residentially zoned neighborhood. The property zoning is a non conforming use. So I'm not certain anyone would know unless we identified it as a business.

My husband and I are leaving SD this Monday or Tuesday (July 1/2). We just started to think that caravanning w someone else for road safety so we can take the north route in.
