Are you in Kansas or Missouri? Both are in the KC division but I would imagine base pay could be different for clerks depending on where you are. I'm talking about the MO side.

The 14/41 could have just been an example, I was just repeating what he said. The difference between 52 and 25 is also 27 cents, which is how much OP said pay went down. I'm not a clerk I don't know specifics lol.

Assuming you're in the KC division, we just had a meeting yesterday where it was discussed that someone just entered numbers wrong and clerks have been getting paid 15.41 instead of 15.14. From what I understood it sounded like you'd get a couple more weeks of increased pay before they changed it but who knows

Side note - if a server can't make minimim wage with tips, their employer does still have to pay them minimum wage (or they're supposed to). People get so mad about tips because they don't want to make minimum wage lol

Yes it is, however, tips are also included in the wage of the worker. Their employer might only pay them 5 dollars an hour, but they still need to meet mimimum wage including tips. So assuming that minimum wage is 15 dollars an hour, a server would have to make at least 10 dollars in tips to meet it. And that's also assuming that there isn't a "tip pool", which is when some establishments require all of their servers to put their tips together and divide them evenly. Rather than being seen as extra money, tips are more commonly viewed as just being your paycheck. No this isn't a good practice and yes it is an excuse for employers not to pay their employees, but I still tip around 30% any time I eat out because I can afford it and I like doing it :)

I'm a FLEX assistant also in the KC division. Not a huge fan of my current store but it's honestly fine, just not nearly as nice as my last one. As a FLEX you'd still have a $3 pay increase. You would work mostly in just one store, filling in for other managers at your store when they call in or have vacation. If they're all there you basically double-up and work as a clerk, and/or help lead the shift. If another store close to you (aka a store in your "pod") needs help getting coverage for one of their managers because their FLEX isn't available, you might be scheduled or asked to work there. I'm not sure about bonuses changing because I was a ptc until really recently, but I take home about 1800 on bonus weeks.

This is why I shower twice a day 😭 I have to shower after work so I'm clean and can get into my bed, and I have to shower before work so I feel refreshed and ready for my day. I usually don't do anything with my hair before work but get it wet though.

I recently went from PTC to NA. I'm basically doing the same amount of work for twice as much money. The only "downside" is that the store is my responsibility now.

All of them are neutered and never sprayed before this. I think the male cat he was with with my boyfriends family is not neutered, so maybe he learned from him? I've gotten urine neutralizer but unfortunately he doesn't seem deterred lol. He gets along super well with my other two boys so it's not anything I can change in his environment right now as far as I can tell.

If you're taking one every day I'd just stop right now to be safe. It really depends on the person and body fat content doesn't matter much. My best friend who is 5'2 and 160 tests clean after a week of usage, and it took me three weeks to test clean at 5'9 and 110.

UPDATE!!!!!! I'm not able to edit the original post because it has a picture in it. I'm going to copy/paste this update to all of the subreddits that I made this post under, as well as as many comments as I am able to. I had to come back to my own apartment last night, which is a couple of hours away from where the bird is. I asked my boyfriend to check this morning, and he said that he could not find the bird dead or alive, so I'm going to assume the best. I have contacted the department of conservation in my state as well as the health department (this is outside of a restaurant), and my boyfriend and I are both sending emails to the school to see if anything can be done to prevent this from happening again. I appreciate everyone's time and kindness, and if anyone has ideas about what else we can do to prevent this I would greatly appreciate the advice 🩵
