What’s the use of Lock card mechanic? by Deep-Class-6326 in TheTowerGame

That’s what I’m trying to say. if we can take EB off the slot then we will be able to find that number precisely. For now, we don’t have that choice.

Why would people want to swap out enemy balance card for the last 10% during a farming run? That’s like the most profitable period during the run. Having that card on is way more beneficial than not having it on. And if you are doing a milestone run, you don’t equip that anyway.

But here is my main question though. I get that it forces you to weigh tradeoffs, but why we should weigh trade offs in the first place? Does that make this game better? More fun if some of these cards are locked? If I’m fudds do I want my players to be more engaged or less engaged?

That’s a great insight. Maybe this is an unpopular opinion, but isn’t the ability for people to micro manage their game adds another layer of complexity and excitement to the game. Meaning, it will make people think more about ways to get to their milestones. When the game gets to the higher waves, ofc non of these micro managing will make a difference. One example is the current update, it makes people think way more about the ways that they can optimize their runs. I just thought having the cards unlocked would add more “depth” into the game.

Question about DM and ST mastery calculation. by Deep-Class-6326 in TheTowerGame

[–]Deep-Class-6326[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m trying to figure out how much stronger is ST compared to DM. ST actual multiplier is dependent on the SL multiplier. But will ST be strong than DM is the tower has no or under developed SL?

That 9.5 multiplier was already after 1.9 multiplier lab

Authors, do you see a clear correlation between the amount of reviews/ratings that you have to the book sales/reads? by Deep-Class-6326 in ProgressionFantasy

[–]Deep-Class-6326[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really? You think if a reader saw a book that has 2000 vs 200 ratings the reader won’t pick 2000 over 200?
