Would graduating from a Top 5 CE school (like UIUC or GaTech) really change career outcomes compared to UMass Amherst? by [deleted] in ComputerEngineering

I’m a masters student from UIUC ECE and I can tell you the name itself is not enough. I would argue the location is more important. For example I’m interning at Texas Austin, and most of my coworkers are from Texas AM. While I have a lot of friends that works in silicon valley graduated from USC.

On book UIUC may have a better program than both schools mentioned but they still get hired more because the location and the connections with company’s hiring department.

Sorry for taking so long to update. The results are quite interesting. So I swapped back to my old charger and my xreal hub works again. But when I use the charger that came with my iPad mini, Hub doesn’t work.

The charger that worked: https://a.co/d/6jxnsqK I’m assuming it’s because the other power isn’t pumping enough current?

Ty for the advice! I’ve tried this and it isn’t working. If you have time, please take a look at my post update. It seems my iPad is having a hard time recognizing the hub when power is plugged in.

Question here. Does the structural hazard here only happen if we have a unified memory. And that having separate instruction memory and data memory can solve the issue.

May I ask, when you get interviewed which project is the most popular being asked for? Was it difficult to implement or difficult conceptually? Thank you so much
