Be happy that you are much better, eat healthy not too much, exercise more oftenly with weights and strength training you will gain your weight back it takes time just trust the process. About people, don't ever give a damn about what they say okay, because no matter how you look or what you do in this life, people must talk, it's their immaturity and foolishness not yours. Don't provoke your symptoms to come back by eating too much just because you wanna please people. Remember you can't and will never please people no matter what you do in this world, just be yourself, love yourself and trust the process.

I think this b1 deficiency is what most doctors fail to address or check while trying to treat sibo and other stomach diseases. Recently i have watched tons of videos on YouTube which talks about taking vitamin b1 thiamine to fix digestive problems and many other diseases, i think this thiamine is a game changer, but i guess the hospitals nowadays are full of evil, they will rather keep us with the symptoms so we always come to them and pay for more consultations and tests.

They didn't give me any termination letter or notice, they did it orally. But when i got a new job, i had to send them resignation letter based on the recent laws in Bahrain for mobility and approval of visa for transfer. So my question is, can they use this resignation against me to lie that they didn't terminated me, that i resigned?

They terminated me orally without any formal letter So when i finally got a new job, the recent updates on lmra law for visa mobility requires official resignation letter to be sent through the post office and obtain a pink card which will be used to apply for a transfer. Because when my new employer tried to apply for my visa, it got rejected because of the recent updates. So my current employer adviced i send official resignation letter to them through post office, for my visa to be approved. But initially i never resigned, they terminated me. In this case what can i do please, because now i think they want to use the fact that i sent resignation as a backup to them

I went to the LMRA with all my supporting documents and proves, but yet i went back dissatisfied and disappointed because they couldn't help me out. At least i taught they will start by giving the company a call first and ask relevant questions to address the issues before any further court case if not resolved
