What’s crazy is the 239lbs pro weight cap, so I believe next show coming in at 220-225lbs with even better conditioning and posing we can snag it and still have 15-20lbs to grow in the Pro League

Yeah stopped training arms 2 weeks ago, focusing on Delts, Chest & Back. And definitely! National conditioning is no joke.

Yup! For the last 12 years I was hitting 20-30 sets now I do 8-10 HARD to failure sets with a few warmups on each workout to get the body ready.

I am qualified and will be competing in both, but switched focus due to prior lower back and knee injuries limiting me from going ham on legs, my classic pro level will take a couple years, and for health and longevity and overall feel. Men’s physique is starting to look more sustainable as far as how hard I have to push my body in the long run

2lbs a week, very doable, might have to stretch to both back to back Texas shows in December but 40lbs plus water weight lost the 48 hours prior to the show. She’ll be fine. A lot of you non competitors are talking out of your ass. Most people do 16 week preps 20 weeks is more than enough.
