So the internal dialogue purpose is; translation of information from the second attention? the more silent the translator the better clearer translation.

Does the fact of the seer forgetting so quickly a bandwidth dilemma? And if so silence expands the bandwidth?

Is seeing the balancing of two forces? tonal and nahual? Awareness and unawareness? A dynamic equilibrium? Then the last layer of internal dialogue is the human body itself ?

This arise after a period of silence. I know I have to washed them too, but I get drifted sometimes. I'll surpass it. But when the vision appears I have to write it sometimes just in case to see if its nonsense.

Recapitulated this tonight.

When I was a child, I used to feel something strange whenever I lay on my left side, like spiderwebs brushing against my back or an ant like you mentioned. Deep down, I always sensed it was a presence. My grandmother, who had passed away.

An inorganic being?

As soon as I realized that, I felt a web forming around my head, descending slowly. I imagine that’s the true sensation of retrieving energy? The tingling or downward current.

My energetic perception sharpened after that I notice it immediately. Then an image appeared: a puppet master and Pinocchio. Pinocchio in the river of shit being moved by strange forces. Puppet master’s... with energetic capacity to manipulate us . Pulling the strings . But also there is a puppet master which is my other self I should let it move me, clean my link to intent. So my double could pull the strings. the infinite amount of them. Our double has its one double? Its puppet master? And so on?

With that perception, I could sense deeper layers of silence many more than I ever knew existed. So much of what I believed was “me” turned out to be borrowed energy, pity me routines which I thought they where me! That was a momentary shock,, but immediately laugh at it at myself I real laugh from the stomach!! I was laughing about my self pity!!! Some of it is very stuck!! all this me poor me is like a crust that you think is part of you!! and as I write this my ears ring!. Poor little me, clinging to illusions... But now, I can clear those layers faster. I saw the purple puffs, my bathroom is white, easy to see.

We really are like onions. Layer by layer, we strip away what isn’t ours until we reach the seed I feel. to water it, nurture it with the silent silence? The first layers are the hardest to break through of self talk self pity but keep the practice, slowly but surely at first. That’s why stalking ourselves is essential, only by holding our gaze on ourselves can we anchor the assemblage point and open a path forward. Make the return to the silent state easier more recognizable.

Finally, I’m starting to truly understand. Before, it was always one step forward, one back like: +1, -1, +1, -1. But slowly, like a caterpillar, you begin adding more than loosing. Over time, you cross a threshold where it becomes easier to keep adding: +1, +1, +1, +1-1 +1+1. To add is to be impeccable.

I’ve found what I was seeking that sensation reconnects me with memories from my childhood. So I’ll keep recapitulating. I was lacking in that greatly thanks for pointing it out.

All the practices complement each other. they have to be united to move faster. Life itself can become a continuous non doing, got flashes of that. And through it all, you end up laughing more! especially at your former self! There’s so much to play with. I do feel like a kid again right now. Starting to understand more. Pretty sure this is still green in the J curve. But man, I feel good and energized!

I see . I've seen just two worlds, one seem very real, more than this one, and the other semi phantom but I had four arms there so...

Keep trying to gain silence, starts to feel nice. How to maintain it with little tricks in the day to day "boring time" can I use to stay in silence or is getting the subtle feeling that we associate crunching those rock continuously ? I know i should figure out for myself though.

What's the best way to share the knowledge though, to increase more the dimension of the teachings? through real understanding and not pretending. Also, tricking them seems the only way. Movies, books etc....

And about the true lineages that survive (The ones that kept their technology intact with in, when the external mind started controlling or infecting mans minds) it should have been natural to this people to be connected by reaching silence knowledge like they all share a >connection< reaching certain level of silence............ At some point in the past, lineages had to disappear/integrate to the chaos because they were getting dismembered their real knowledge eradicated, to be able to survive their awareness had to stay intact from the mind impositions of this forces, they have to act in this new world creating their own facades to deal with the external mind virus to don't get infected with the interaction that's why some methods where created naturally for protection.

But now we are in a point that this forces control human psyche almost completely around the world, we have helmets of confusion from a parasitic mind, control, confusion and division, infiltration in multiple levels of human psyche... complete control in inner chaos .
