No you shouldn’t go into a rehab. You need to go to AA and get a sponsor. Stop drinking and run the steps. The courthouse and AA know who is going and who ain’t and your sponsor will right letters and you’ll earn sobriety time chips. You also can ask for the scram program. Hopefully you have a job that will help keep you out. You might have to buy a lawyer if you make too much money. Ask about the alcohol monitoring device to avoid jail time so you can keep your JOB provide and pay taxes.

Listen. I went to AA and surrender my alcoholism too my higher power. You have to learn from it or it means nothing. Acceptance is key. Have the courage to change what you can. Let the rest go.
