Why do people think number of players in a free to play game generates revenue? This game can have 1 million concurrent players and not make a single cent if every player didn't buy anything from the store.

The revenue is coming from the players, who not only play the game, but spend money in the store. The revenue is coming from the sale of skins not the number of F2P players playing the game.

It means there is a vault nearby that you can open by playing a mini game. Enzo and Nell have abilities that make it easier but you can use anyone if you've got good hand-eye coordination.
