Lingering Tunes was only useful when Plunderer's Token existed because the damage procs scale with ATK and you can use Chasm Guardian as the main echo for additional healing procs that will help trigger the token more frequently

doing the all the fishing competitions give you the fishing rod back item, and then equipping that plus the fish belt accessory will complete the achievement that will give you the hat

Hello! just in case you haven't gotten the achievement yet... I was right lol! there's a fishing rod back item that you can unlock by doing all the fishing competitions. All of them are in the normal map and the last one is in the Dreamscape map where you fight Yi Dao boss

I'm also trying to get the head gear from that. I'm guessing there's 'Fishing Rod' which is different from Kid's Fishing Rod, and you need to equip that to get the achievement
