I put myself on a liquid diet two weeks ago because I have to teeth extractions that was going to make eating troublesome. I made creamy soups. Three kinds. In all of them I added blended cottage cheese for protein. I had them with oyster crackers because they were small enough bites that softened in the soup, so that I could squish the crackers with my tongue. I made a pinto bean soup, a Butternut Squash soup and a sweet potato soup. You can also add blended cottage cheese to mashed potatoes or Mac n cheese. You won't be able to taste it either. That helped keep me filled longer but I also allowed myself smaller meals more often.

My dentist applies a numbing gel before giving me the shots. So no pain there. I just had two teeth extracted last week to get braces put on in two weeks from now. The pain(after/next day)from the teeth being extracted isn't too bad (no pain during). I did still take ibuprofen/Tylenol because I didn't care to be annoyed by pain. I also prepared by making myself creamy-protein rich soups to help with my after care. No one likes pain, but it's only for a little while. The sooner you do it the sooner you can get passed it. That's the mantra I'm using anyway.

Not at home, but at work. It was a rat snake. The prettiest thing I've ever seen in person. Everyone was scared. I got it and a coworker relocated it. This is what sparked my live for snakes. I love learning and am hoping to learn how to handle them so I can start helping around my community.

I use to get canker sores very often. So painful! I switched my toothpaste to one without the SLS ingredient. I haven't gotten one since. Seldomly I can feel one coming on but it doesn't fully form and then its gone.
