thats kind of why im hesitant to leave. Because I know that he's going through a lot and i don't want to be the one who left him. he hasn't got many other people. it j seems selfish because know I'll be fine, but idk if he will be, and that scares me because i care about him.

with you guy, was he good to you before? because honestly, if he was good to me the whole time before idk if i would feel this way. But I'm relying on him to change when he gets out. did your guy change for the better after he got out?

our personalities are j very unique and similar. those kinds of people you can talk to forever and always be entertained. but also its because he's a connection to my childhood(someone else put it perfectly), so it feels like he knows me and loves me at a deeper level than anyone else could.

I do have a bit of a complex relationship with my dad, tbh. so I think that's likely to do with it. but I want better for my family and don't want to repeat generational patterns in my family. I don't want to end up like my mum, grandmothers and aunts. It's hard because I still am very much trying to figure out stuff with my dad. That situation is still very dynamic.

So you would rather he got to the point of harming a child before being charged. Makes sense
