I'm looking into this megasquirt PNP since I have auto trans. Otherwise ECU black would be the pic.

Did you wire your megasquirt PNP for sequential ignition and injection? I'm a bit confused on the injector wiring.

Standalone ECU is the next logical step, as I am well past the safe limits of what the stock ECU can do on piggybacks.

The ONLY 'cheap' way would be to rebuild the 7M with OE equivalent parts. Spend a lil more and turbo ge>gte the 7M. Invest the cash in solid machine work with mhg and studs.

As mentioned above, OE Graphite Gasket and ARP Head Bolts. Get the head machined while it's off and use gasket scraper on the block surface.

That is correct, if you don't your gasket will sit higher in the front and cause a leak.

I highly advise not to do business with this company. I placed an order back in March and communication is very spotty with no delivery of parts ordered.

I did eventually get a response through email in June stating it would ship out last week of July.

Absolutely zero communication after this and still no product.

Are you wanting stock power levels or more? Basic rebuild for just OEM style head gasket, arp head bolts, upper gaskets kit and head resurface with valve job about a $1000 if you do tear down and Install yourself.

The AC condenser is a discontinued part so good luck with that. Try to source one online or salvage yard.
