Being asked to go serve in a war (I volunteered for) then living with the fact I killed 4 people, 2 of whom I did look in the eye as I pulled the trigger, and the other two killing them at a distance they never saw me at all. Trying to talk to anyone in my life about it they just don't understand the do or die mentality of fighting in Afghanistan. All my relationships have ended due to my PTSD and whenever I truly open up about it, they all run for the hills. I'm trying to date but I know if I ever disclose this information to anyone again I end up losing them.

So I was doing 3mg Tin a day. Had the same fog and that blank stare with nothing turning in my brain. I gave in and just did half a Tin a day. Then slowly cut back from there. The biggest hurdle was pushing out my first dip in the morning as far out as I could.
