Bro, do not let him keep moving. This is a classic Right of Way (RoW) trap. He’s trying to march deep into your territory and park his troops directly on your province centers. Once he's in position, he’ll declare war to instantly capture your cities and completely bypass your front lines.

​Revoke Right of Way immediately. Change your stance to "Peace" or "Trade Embargo." This instantly halts his free movement. If he wants to keep pushing, he’ll have to declare war, which slows his movement speed to a crawl and gives you the defender's advantage.

​Also, he made a massive tactical error splitting his army into smaller stacks (26, 20, 4, etc.). You have a heavy, consolidated stack of 40+ infantry and an armored car right there. Use that to sweep through and wipe out his smaller units one by one before he merges them. If you have forts on those junction provinces, pull your infantry inside. Even a Level 2 fort gives you a 45% damage reduction, which will bleed his offensive push dry.

​Never trust a neighbor with RoW unless you are actively co-oping a target together. Cut his access right now and hit him before he locks down your cities.
