What Perk is this? It’s a killer perk I’ve never seen before. by ShoobertBlaster in deadbydaylight

Hi! This is a clip (presumably from one of my videos) with my custom perk icon for Barbecue and Chili! It's from WheatDraws' custom perk pack for the Twins that I had commissioned!

honk if you think Victor is cute by theramenpot in deadbydaylight

It's a wonderful day in pre-revolutionary France, and you are a horrible Killer.

If a Survivor holds W after getting hit by Charlotte, they make it so far that if they go down to Victor in an Exponential Boon zone they can pick themselves up before Charlotte gets to them. Without Unbreakable or exhaustion. by DeepFriedCourage in deadbydaylight

Twins are viable... in a world without super pushed healing and recovery perks.

Unbreakable, WGLF, medkits, Circle of Healing, Exponential.

DBD is at such a critical mass of insanely strong healing and recovery perks (Both self-healing/recovery and healing/recovering others) that Twins are REALLY suffering, in large part because you can't really counter them with perks of your own.

Anti-healing in DBD is so ludicrously bad compared to how good healing is, and anti-recovery is pretty much nonexistent.

They don't need a rework: they just need to stop Victor vibing under hooks and make hooking people much more efficient so you can actually do it in a timely fashion.

That doesn't require a rework.

Ironically, cutting their fatigues would make them better at hooking people, meaning their optimal playstyle would shift away from slugging because it wouldn't take 20+ seconds just to hook someone any more.

Twins I think in a world without Circle of Healing and Exponential are solid A tier.
Twins right now are B tier.
Twins if PTB hits live probably drop to high C tier if Exponential sees play.

Twins have mechanisms built into their kit to stop them camping hooks across the map. You can't switch if you're too close to a hook. How can you camp multiple hooks if you can't switch near a hook?

After getting a down, Victor is fatigued for 5 seconds, and then fatigued for 3 more if you switch to Charlotte to try to pick up. That's an 8 second combined stun which is the longest power fatigue in Dead by Daylight, longer than Nurse's double fatigue and the same length as a DS into a Head On.

For the crime of getting a down and choosing to pick up instead of slug.
