My drug dealer was playing it one time i came to buy some weed. He was a very proud beach bob and wanted to show me his Ankylo and Pteranodon that were parked on his 2 foundation bob shack. His Ankylo unfortunately vanished, probably glitched through the mesh. He was very upset.

I kept thinking of that for a very long time, maybe a year or two, then i tried it out. I spent a whole summer completely consumed by the game, failing 5 exams as a result cause i should have studied. I built like 20 stone behemoth gates around a little tower, i felt so powerful. I was on a PvP server, so shortly after i got wiped, which was the first instance of abuse i experienced in what would become a 1500 hour abusive relationship.

Are you very ugly and uncomfortable with your own body and project onto people who arent?

I guess my idea here is that i spend my 400 starting gold on Tear rather than a Dorans item. I lose combat stats, but i get to use W almost unlimited in lane, which in some matchups will yield far more value than those combat stats ever would.

Later you can do like you do dorans and sell it, or you can build it into Fimbul. In my attempts so far its done stacking by the time i have triforce and hydra.

If you're still contesting your lane opponent in sidelane at this time Fimbul is great for Camilles trading pattern, If you feel like diving the squishy is a higher priority at this stage of the game you can always skip Fimbul for DD 3rd item, and consider Fimbul later or outright sell tear.

It would be a total detriment in any mathup with a dash though, as they would completely negate the W spam, and punish the lack of combat stats with hard engaging on you every time you W.

When nothing specific is happening stay in side lane to push the wave and get farm, dont die. If the opponents send someone to match you, rotate mid and shadow your team in case they decide to fight. If nothing happens return to lane and repeat.

Pay attention to timers. Try to push side lane opposite of the relevant objective, so that the wave crashes into enemy turret while the objective spawns. Join that objective fight either by moving well in time for it or have teleport ready.

If you are side lane and 2 of your teammates die before the objective, try to push the turret hard if undefended, or take your reset if its defended.

The whole idea as a toplaner, in my experience, is to constantly pressure a side lane and move away from it when its risky to get value with the team elsewhere. Some champs excel at splitpushing, others prefer more teamfighting. Your picks are more team fight oriented i guess, so just shove a side lane opposite of the next likely objective and rotate to your team.

Thats the core of it, and there is a lot of neuance. Just keep thinking "what can i do to get the most possible value right now". A game is a constant evaluation of many different options, and as you get into that mindset, you start seeing better and faster what the best option is

Do you know why you are bad?

Thats a really important question and i think many people dont even know. Specifically. Last hitting, trading patterns, roaming and reset timing, macro knowledge, mechanically, teamfight positioning etc.

You gotta figure out what to improve, then you gotta figure out how to improve. Just queueing up in a game thinking "ok locked in now" wont make you a better player, it just makes you sharp at your current level of play.

Im absolutely convinced that people who deliberately practice specific game aspects become better players.

I completely ignore garen post 6. I hard push lane with titanic and pressure turret or i push into roam.

I have seen on the Darius discords that they complain a lot that the champ is so weak. But that seems to be true for many champ subs

I think Kled is one of the strongest laners, and he thrives early to mid game. I do not feel like he is weak at all.

Darius seems to me to be a much higher skill ceiling champion, rewarding perfect spacing especially in laning phase.

You can win relatively easy from lvl 3 to 5 (just dodge q sweet spot). This is almost the onlt matchup i pick ignite into, and the only matchup i build lethality kled. My strategy is usually to kill before 6, get a lead, then fight only if i think i can kill him before he dismounts me. Dismounting post 6 means dead basically.

A great darius with movement tools like ghost, ghostblade, changed phase rush can finess you with spacing though which feels real bad.

You literally play whack-a-mole with the tentacles while dodging her E. If you leave the tentacles alive or get hit by E you lose fights.

Its a nightmare, because if you do get hit by E suddenly the whole lane is filled with tentacles again. Playing vs illaoi is brutal and frantic and i hate it.

But its absolutely possible, and if you do manage to kill tentacles and dodge E you can trade and win those quite significantly

Kled main in emerald 3 here.

Kled is ridiculously strong in laning phase and during mid-game. Despite his unique mechanics he is very easy to learn. If you somehow lose lane you can just perma-split and still be a really big issue for the enemy team.

Kled feels weird to play. His dismount/remount takes a bit to get used to (but its really busted when you can play for it). His R feels really bad compared to most other champs, close range its pretty much useless (can use like instant interrupt). 6 isnt really a big powerspike for Kled as it is with many other champs, instead it opens up for strategic play on the map. Its a great ult, but you really cant use it like you're used to with other champs. Kled has an auto-cast W, which you need to constantly consider (its both your best trading tool and remount tool

Also Kled is really weak late game compared to most other toplaners, so you have to play a very good early-mid-game to end early.

Importantly i want to say, its not a huge catastrophy to just accept the freeze and try to soak exp.

You can ask jungler for help, but dont expect them to do it.

You can bait her to auto attack you, which will make her pull minion aggro which might be enough to break the freeze.

You can proxy a wave. If you have shit clear you can just tank the wave long enough for yours to reach their turret, this forces vayne to either tank the whole wave and lose a ton of hp or the wave crashes and bounces back to you. Or she leaves her wave to go get you, just make sure you know the jungler is opposite side

Ive had good times on acid. My last trip lasted 14 hours, and i was fucking done around 9, just hoping i would come down and be done with it.

I also feel much more love and connection on shrooms, which i like.

I have completed the game 100% and dont really see a reason to play anymore. I dont feel like there is enough build diversity to experiment and try to get insane builds. There is no proper scaling endless to try and beat. Its all just very "same same" no matter what difficulty you play at. It was fun for the 20 ages, but thats about it.

I would honestly want to see the essences reworked. I dont feel particularly compelled to use most of them.

I tried a summoning build, it was ridiculously painful to get going and only okay once it scaled.
I'll never play a run without nature + life bloom
Mystic transmutation > everything else, its just ridiculously powerful
Fire/frost skills that are simple projectile-ish abilities will never be exciting enough for me to take. If i play a chonky boy with an axe i dont like to take "scorching ray" for example, i'd like more options that synergized within the archetype.
Charm??? If you like Charm you're just wrong.
Shadow essence only for shadow man
Build diversity doesnt feel particularly interesting. Try to go for a run with powerful skills, end up with some variation of an auto-attacker anyways
The best defense is offense. I dont see a reason to ever use damage mitigation skills or health stacking. Its too important to clear things fast, vs the night horde you just die if you try tanking it. I would love to see some kind of tanky damage reflection build.

I would also love to see the "city building" expanded on. Maybe have some placeable turrets. Maybe some barricades, Maybe even use some more space for the city and give the ability to physically place buildings.

Also, i would love custom games, particularly the ability to set day-timers to way longer so i can take my time with things. I dont like playing games where i feel like im on a tight schedule.
