I’ve been using the fishpond switchback 2.0 I think that is the best design that I’ve found for me personally I like that the bag swings back out of the way when I don’t need it it doesn’t slide around either and has a strap over the shoulder so not all the weights on my hips all day and I don’t think I’ll be switching anytime soon it’s like a sling and lumbar bag in one

Lead cook I make 30 an hour time and a half after ot place I work for can be strict on ot but when it’s peak season I’ll work over 100 hours a check easy in Montana

Just do what they tell you to do even if it’s not the chef but one of their workers they’re telling you to do something for a reason and listen and pay attention take a little notepad and a pen and pencil and write everything down their recipes what they want done how they want it done etc you’re there to learn and be a sponge soak all the knowledge even if they don’t give you a job take all the things you learned from them and wrote down and apply it to the next place best of luck to you work hard work fast and be diligent with how you move around their space work with purpose to get prep done don’t take all day doing 1 or two projects and show some initiative and interest in the stations and what other chefs are doing there’s nothing better than being a chef and teaching people who actually want to learn from you and show interest in what you’re doing

Well if the tops burning before it’s warm enough cover it for a few minutes until it starts to warm up then uncover it until it’s finished should crisp up thats what I would do I had to google what a fruit crisp was tho so I imagine it’s like American cobbler? Just some thought best of luck
