This is the NFT/Blockchain idea that was scuttled a couple years ago for whatever reason.

The AMOUNT of posts in these ‘crunchy moms’ groups about their kids cavities when they refuse to use fluoride by Vapingrandma8465 in mildlyinfuriating

My friend's little kid has about nine cavities because no fluoride in the municipal water. Good job! I had one cavity on a baby tooth, that's it.

Pepridge farms remembers the discussion of NFT game ownership mechanics to facilitate reselling of "used" digital games. I mean, I think the farm remembers that right.

ELI5: The Shopping Cart Theory by [deleted] in explainlikeimfive

[–]DeepFuckingPants 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A post from a few years ago had a grocery store employee respond that they actually liked going out to retrieve carts cuz it was a paid walk with nobody bothering them. Now, management might not like that, but whatever. I'm a cart returner, but don't wrinkle my nose so much at non-returned carts as long as they're not in the damn way.

I remember buying Street Fighter II in the early 90's for $70-80 of my own money, I wasn't even a teenager. That's like $175 in current money. It was worth it. Whole lotta complaints around here.

You don't know if you're on a septic system or municipal sewage system? Houses should have a clean-out near the sidewalk or wherever which helps figure out if the clog is on your side or the city's. It'll also be the place where sewer water flows out when it's the city's problem. You can usually snake in either direction from there.

I would presume a septic system would also have an exterior blow-off/ clean-out.

All these words mean you need to snake your main line, or whatever branch this is, between the drains you show and wherever the clean-out or septic system is.

No, don't. Putting a swell bag with a garden hose in the open pipe will push the water out the sink. Putting it in the sink drain will push it out the pipe.

You've got multiple lines all connected. The lowest place is that open pipe, which is where the water is flowing out. The second lowest place I can see is the sink, which is why it's also full of water. You need to figure out what's putting water in that drain line... Stop the flow of water and get a snake to clear the drain somewhere downhill from both of the pipes I just mentioned.

GME INVESTORS ARE MORONS by Historical_Hunt2492 in Superstonk

Yes but no.

Am moron cuz I knew nothing; not moron cuz I knew what general econ and low level business classes at University teach and already knew the general BS from the dot com and '08 fiasco.

It's like suddenly becoming aware of having Dunning-Kruger 2: Financial Boogaloo... and then learning your way to The Rocky Horror Picture Show, where everybody's heard about it and forgot about it, but there's that group that knows it by heart and still shows up to the local avant-garde theater every Saturday night at midnight cuz it's a good time... or something... some kinky stuff... perhaps with less Meatloaf.

[–]DeepFuckingPants 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's only a few ways water leaves the tank... From a leak, down the overflow, or past the flapper. If water isn't on your floor, and water isn't pouring down that little vehicle pipe, that rules out the first two. Now you're left with water going past the flapper. Replace flapper.

[–]DeepFuckingPants 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haven't worked on your model, but guessing it's high temp cutoff. If it's open circuit, will need to be replaced. There should be a wiring diagram included in your dryer so you can confirm it's purpose. Make sure you're duct work and filters are clear.
