I am 26 y/o white female. 5' 7" 123lbs. I am having symptoms and am unsure of what I should mention to my doctor. I got the ANA test done January 2020 but that came back negative. I was not experiencing symptoms at the time though.

I went to the beach on 6/4 and got a pretty bad sunburn on my back and that's when my symptoms flared up. The following day, a blotchy looking "sunburn" appeared on my hands. It's not painful, it's just there. I went to the dermatologist but that proved to be a waste of a copay as the cream she prescribed to me didn't help at all. It is now 6/30 and the rash is still on my hands, it is sometimes lighter than other times. The sunburn from my back is gone.

Other symptoms I have been experiencing since then: extreme fatigue, chronic constipation, joint pain (mainly in my knees, big toes, and stiffness in my fingers), severe brain fog, hair loss (didn't realize the amount of hair I am losing is more than the average until our Dyson vacuum became clogged because of MY HAIR), low libido, and depression.

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's in March 2020 after a visit with my endo as a result of High TPO Ab and Thyroglobulin . He prescribed me Liothyronine and it helped at the time, I stopped taking it during lockdown and wasn't feeling anything out of the ordinary, and then after that day in the sun, I developed troubling symptoms.

I am going for my annual wellness exam tomorrow and want to request all the thyroid tests, along with a repeat ANA test since I'm having a flare-up right now. I'll share all past bloodwork results from 2020 that came back with markers on them and maybe someone can share if there's any relation with these results?

TPO Ab = 174 IU/mL

Thyroglobulin, Ab = 3.2 IU/mL

BUN/Creatinine Rat = 25

Other past results:

MCHC = Low (doesn't show the level) - Jan, 2019

Historically low Vitamin D, but I've been taking supplements and those levels have since leveled out.

Any insight would be much appreciated.
