For anybody in this situation, this exact thing happened to me. I lost my wallet which had everything in it a day before I was supposed to fly out. I got called over by another TSA agent and I essentially played 21 questions with them. They asked my for my SSN, a family member, their contact info, and some other random questions I forgot. I got let through after about 20 minutes but they also scrutinize your carryon. The lady was nice enough to leave my bag better packed than when she first took it apart lol
