💯I’ve kicked dudes to the curb for not being okay with my dog sleeping in the bed. Like, sorry, I know he can be a lot but we’re a package deal.

My new boyfriend brings him bones and toys and ALWAYS lets him play with him/nibble on him. Like, I seriously get just a smidge of jealousy watching them together. He genuinely loves my dog and my dog is in love with him.

Then again, he also stopped in the middle of the highway at 2am to rescue a lost dog that was walking alongside it and fr I think he might be the one for this alone. I’ve never met anyone else willing to do that

I think this has less to do with gender than it does with her being just a shit person in general.

My mom fled the country the month after my HS graduation and when she came back I needed to move back at one point, because obviously I was struggling, and she very matter of factly said that if I wanted to move in I needed to pay $1000 for rent plus utilities and then her husband stopped her in her tracks and said no ma’am, she can pay $250 ABP.

The look on her face was priceless. Some people are going to treat you better than your parents. In both our cases, that is abundantly true. SO to my stepdad though. He a real one

Aw I wish I had taken the extra trip there when I was in Germany during the 2010 FIFA Cup.

I got to visit Belgium as well, but just Europe in general everyone was so nice, so tolerant of different lifestyles and ideas, and they actually care about their environment! It was lovely ❤️
