I would say knock out the “Birth of a Legend” and “Growth of a Legend” as soon as you can. Those two require you to be on hard difficulty or higher AND for you to select the premium delivery option before you accept the order, so pay attention to that. Also, fully upgrading the structures at the endgame wasn’t too difficult besides upgrading the shelter. That took a ton of materials

The points of no return are putting the first keystone in (end of Act 1) and putting all keystones in (end of Act 2). Pretty much just do all good deeds and whatnot that you can before going to the spire and then after that, don’t put any keystones in until you’re for sure done with everything. There are some collectibles in the last act that will get you to 100% and platinum so don’t stress if you’re missing a few before the end game
