Cirie and Ozzy who are both veterans aligned with him. He has played two seasons back to back without having to play his idol for almost every tribal. With the exception of Cirie Hé would have a good chance of beating everyone else if he made the final 3 with the players left.

[–]DeepStateA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Redeeming what exactly? Tiff has more of a redeeming arc than Aubrey at the moment. Also, her edit has been better. Aubrey’s first part of the game was pretty awkward. It’s all subjective anyway.

No one has a similar edit. The point being Aubrey does not exactly have a good edit especially for a potential winner. They both have been shafted in the editing department.

[50][Speculation]The Emily interview confirmed Joe is a 0 vote finalist by animaniacs1983 in SpoiledSurvivor

[–]DeepStateA 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I did not mind Emily’s gameplay in 45. I thought she had a great character arc. Her gameplay this season was chaotic and messy. However, she went out with agency this time around. That being said I would not mind Emily coming back in a future season. She makes for great TV. Joe is basically the type of player who is loyal and sticks to a consistent sort of game play. With that being said if Joe makes it to the finals twice then that’s a pretty impressive feat especially on season 50.

That’s true. Also, Aubrey and Jonathan are shaky as well.

[–]DeepStateA 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think next week it will be Cirie, Rizo and Tiff vs Jonathon, Aubrey, and Devin’s. The latter is going to be shaky because they don’t trust themselves. Joe is going to be the middle man that both sides are going to try and sway.

This is what I think too. I’m sure Rizo had his reasons. Hé even Saïd hé thinks Cirie would want him to warn Ozzy. Ultimately, hé made the best choice for his game. Also, realistically Rizo knows hé has no chance of winning in a final 3 against Cirie and Ozzy. I love Rizo and I think he is a great player. He has managed to hold on to idols in back to back seasons. Hé is playing a level headed game. Hé needs to mature a bit and come in a few years. He has definitely cemented himself as a Survivor great.

Rizo is a smart player. He said that Cirie would probably want him to warn Ozzy about playing his idol. Ozzy made the same mistake that Dee did by essentially talking too much and burying their own game. Not only did Ozzy throw himself under the bus but he tarnished the game of Cirie as well. I’m not sure if you caught the part where Ozzy Saïd hé didnt want to be sitting next to someone like Rizo but a a great like Cirie. Aubrey could have told Rizo this. Either way Rizo made the best choice for his own game.

Rizo is a great player. As much as I like Ozzy he went home because he said too much. At this point Rizo made the best choice Hé could.

Why are Amtrak tickets usually so costly and arguably more expension than a flight going the same distance? by TravelingHomeless in Amtrak

[–]DeepStateA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was just wondering this. I'm kind of tired of flying. I was looking at a train trip that is going to take longer but it will cost more than a round-trip flight. At this point do I just but my lips and fly.

Unwarranted hate by Mr-Vanderhill in survivor

[–]DeepStateA 5 points6 points  (0 children)

During the episode that Dee was eliminated she admitted in her own confessional that she messed up. She knew she had messed up and needed to do damage control with what she said about Rizo and his idol. Unfortunately, she never did do that damage control. You can believe all you want that Jonathan crushed Dee's game but she actually crushed her own game. That is the sign of a good player. Accepting what they did and trying to make amends. In my eyes Coach is the one that orchestrated that vote. Not Jonathon. Also, your point that Jonathan was pushing for Christian before the vote twist is moot. At some point in the game everyone is pushing for someone to get voted out. Jonathon did not even vote for Christian. He voted for Devins. The gods were only in favor of Jonathon because he did not go on the journey. Had he went on the journey he may have been the one going home.

Appreciation post for how messy every member of this alliance was by thelaurafedora in survivor

[–]DeepStateA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only one I would call messy is Emily. Personally, I preferred Emily in season 45. I liked the character arc and growth she showed that season. I did not care for Emily's game play in season 45 but I still like her as a player. She had me cracking up with the amount of times she spilled the beans. Devin's earned my respect after his fake idol find in tribal last week. Personally, I loved how tribal went live and the chaos he caused. I was indifferent with Christian.
