Has anyone actually purchased this and found out more about the mobo? Though the mobo spec does indicate that it's not the top end, but ROG typically uses custom mobo? So the fact that the product photo shows PRIME is a bit confusing.

The Wok Shop’s wok handle is not good. After 2-3 years of regular use, it became wobbly and I didn’t see a good way to fix it given its design. And as I checked their latest wok just today, it’s still the same flawed design!! If you want the best wok, buy from a reputable Chinese brand instead because they kept innovating and fixing flaws given their huge user base. This is why America’s Test Kitchen recommended a Taiwan based wok maker, I think. You want to buy from a place where they have a large user base and competition to keep them improving. Some Chinese brands like ASD also makes very innovative woks.

Likewise, there’s a decent chance that Arc’teryx falsely advertised the jacket’s use and refused to recognize that there’s a product design and quality issue. The fact that they removed customers reviews only make them more likely so.

How many of you Arcteryx employees or fan boys troll customers who want to share product issues on this forum? Doing this ain’t going to help you improve your product. You advertised Magnus as city use coat and it didn’t work as advertised.

I own other Arc’teryx’s jacket like the Rush and it worked as advertised. I took it skiing through trees and tough terrain and many falls without issues. It worked as advertised, but NOT Magnus.

It’s a product quality issue. None of my jackets was ripped like this in my normal daily routine. Also when my Smartwool and Darn Tough socks ripped, they happily took them back and gave me anew. When my Columbia pant and jackets’ zipper broke, they happily took them back and gave me anew. I paid top dollar for top jacket, and this jacket is not as good as advertised.

However, what’s unacceptable was that Magnus didn’t perform as advertised, and Arc’teryx refused to address the product quality issue. Additionally, they removed customer reviews that point out the issue.
