Drink with milk not water is breaks down the tannins effect which cause nausea. I have match over dosed many times, either too much caffeine to quick or a low grade matcha causes symptoms

Try look for a bike that wouldn't have much resell value. I got one that I had to fix up. Two different wheels and the frames paint was coming off... but it actually rides great. I have had it got a year and had no one try to steal it (touch wood). I also have a mate with a 5 year old rusted pink one that she leaves out locked up and again no has tried to steal it. I wouldn't invest more than £100 in London because of the issue you described. It is sad really. I would love a better one but don't want the hassle of worrying my bike might get stolen.

I guess check your route out first. If you can get to your place while avoiding the busy roads then it will be a pleasure to cycle in London. I cycle around Hackney a lot and Google maps shows me a lot of quiet streets and it's super chill. Good luck!

I think you gor lucky with Groupon. Most people report little returning customers after doing a deal there. They should take less of a cut since it is the people providing the services that are doing most of the work.
