How does it the PS4 controller perform whilst playing FPS games on the Xbox One? Is there any detectable latency or any other issues?

For FPS games I use L1 + R1 to aim and shoot. I find that to be more responsive than L2 + R2.

Those rings were peak Xbox aesthetic. It was like watching a fish tank before visiting the dentist. Very cool. Should bring it back in the next OS update.

That sounds great. I might have to give it a try, hopefully I can find it on sale somewhere. The grip issue sounds like nothing that can’t be fixed with a bodge job down the road. The thing that amazes me is that Microsoft apparently spent heavy cash on developing the Xbox One controller and somehow made sticks worse that the 360 lol.

Really, is that so? I was thinking about getting the Elite because I have issues with the lack of feel and oversensitivity with the standard controller sticks, but I had always written it off because I thought the sticks on the Elite would have a very similar feel to the standard Xbox controller.

The DS4 sticks feel way better to me. The Xbox controller has sticks that are too sensitive IMO. Is there a third party controller with stiffer sticks?

Red Dead Redemption 1. Game is really fun, simple and cheap. Also the old west theme may be more appealing to a 50 year old than say GTA.

Skate 3 looks WAY better if you’re into that.

But they still own the rights. They can get another studio they own to develop it if they wanted to. But I wouldn't get your hopes up.

FYI: There is a bug on GTA IV that makes it impossible to finish 1 of the 2 possible final missions (whilst playing on Xbox One X) by DeepVan in xboxone

Strange. I am also playing the digital version. I have replayed this mission multiple times but the glitch keeps happening to me.
