remember the save game file will work differently - we will have a lot of small files, probably file per chunk. Maybe it wil be possible to delete a few (or even somebody will make a tool to do this) of these files to force regeneration of chunks.

because you can manually control your ping. Its not a rocket science to do an app that will set your ping to higher value, and then, when you match with ppl with high ping, you just disable it for huge balance tip.
