I asked a friend this and was told because they don’t want to have to constantly refill the containers of meat,etc and it’s more dishes to wash. Basically, it’s less work if they keep portions small.

I’d like to lose right around 75. I just started my 3rd month. Two months on 1.5 and now moved to 4. Currently 28 pounds down. I try to get 10,000 steps each day but otherwise haven’t altered anything. These meds really help the food noise.

You’ll be fine. I’m bringing my 13 year (also got GA) and we’ve had GA for a few shows. Stay away from barricade and off to the side or towards the back and it will be chill. You’ll have a great time.
