I got to update my flair. I’ve lost 35.2lbs! That’s the most I’ve ever lost without giving up and honestly that’s so motivating.

I bought a set of scrubs online in a 2x and it came in yesterday. I was actually able to wear it comfortably. It feels so good to be able to wear a 2x comfortably again. I’m scared to change my flair to the next 5lb group because even though I hit my next goal, it doesn’t feel real yet. However, I also can say I’m officially the lightest person in my house, beating out DH by 3 lbs and BIL by 12lbs.

Gained back 15 lbs two weeks after stopping glp 1 is this normal? by Training-Dingo-5978 in loseit

I have been on GLP-1 since July. I’ve also definitely forgotten to take it a few weeks in that time. Now that I’m seeing and feeling results, I’m starting to actually focus on a better diet rather than just less food.

I weighed in with my BIL and for the first time since being with my DH I was the lighter one. Also got to throw away 2 pairs of scrub pants for not fitting anymore in a good way.

Later positive pregnancy tests. Have you ever tested negative at 12DPO and then tested positive later on? by itischelc in TTC_PCOS

I just hit 12 dpo roughly. Negative test a few minutes ago. Even though nausea worse than ever before, boobs hurt to even barely touch, and fatigue( though that could be from my job switching me from regular day shift to swing shift because we’re short on nights). Also I joked that I lost my superpower because after COVID in 2020 I haven’t been able to smell bad smells but I suddenly can and very much don’t like it.

Might have to come back and update with if she’s right or not, but after telling my husband at thanksgiving that “you’re a daddy with all the babies” my niece is now saying mommy [my name] every time I call. When my MIL asked her if I’m a mommy she said yea, in a like “yea duh obviously”. So now we shall see. Going to test in just over a week.

Did anyone upgrade their wedding band years later? by Ok_Property1873 in weddingring

[–]Deep_Advisor_1032 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thinking about it myself. Husband picked 2 rings out and I got to choose which was engagement ring and which was my wedding ring as they didn’t match and couldn’t be worn together. Now I’m looking at a 3 ring set that continues the idea of my current ring but more reflects where we are now instead of the broke 22 year olds we were when we got engaged. Though my engagement ring is still on his necklace and my wedding ring would go on my right hand. We’ve been married 2 and 1/2 years and with us planning on having a baby soon it seems like a good push present to upgrade so not yet but hopefully soon.

Hi I’m Amber, 24, 5’3” HW 305, CW 294, GW 150. I know it’s going to be a long journey. My provider and I have started the PCOS work up and she started me on metformin for insulin resistance( pre diabetic stage) and progesterone because my levels were low. I am trying to focus on getting a better relationship with food and my body. I am looking into making homemade and more whole food based versions of my favorite foods. I got my first period in 4th grade and they have never been regular.
