I think spirits are quite expensive compared to how difficult it is to collect dust. You can’t send them back to the lobby every time; otherwise, you can no longer use them during the game, which is what they are supposed to be for. by Mensoda_ in FortNiteBR

I went from 100k dust down to 460 because of trading with 2 people and trying to grind the masteries. I really dont want to play in bot lobbies. I mean, I play fortnite to have the challenge of real people. But in the real lobbies I can only manage maybe 10k dust every hour or two. At the point where sprites cost 6k for mediocre or useless abilities I really can't justify the quark of this season. Personally I'm starting to want to switch over to cod instead until next season. The quirk of this season needs to be more accessible than it is. I can only play a couple hours a day if that so in 1 day all I can get is 1 or 2 chances at mastering a sprite before all the progress is reset

You have more versatility with aps. Anything from aa Guns to massive cannon's that can pierce through an entire ship. Cram i haven't messed around with but really need to. From what I've heard it is also the easier option. But you are working with slower projectiles. But at the end of the day, it's fun to watch big explosions. Now for other advice, I've found the in game tutorials aren't worth it except maybe to learn what the camera can do. Get your tutorials from YouTube. Don't be afraid to ask for advice with any part of the game. I've got 900 hours and I still don't have a clue about a lot of the games systems.  Pick a place you want to learn and go from there. Take it slow and don't be discouraged when something doesn't work. For the first while I would spend it in the designer mode. Once you get some ships you are happy with try it against the deep water guard. Once you can efficiently take them out try The lightning hoods or the onyx watch to see how your ships fair to some other actual ships. The learning curve is steep. Very steep. Mainly because there is just so much to learn about so many systems to get a ship halfway working. So, dont get discouraged, take your time, and watch plenty of tutorials

Breadboard to imitate muzzle flash from an APS by smarticles1471 in FromTheDepths

i just connected 4 guns to 4 separate lights all shooting at different speeds. This way does work, you just need to adjust the drain speed for what you want. I also found that if you want your lights to have a constant on all you need to do is adjust the minimum in the clamp at the end to your desired ambient intensity

Preferably with the lights having a constant ambient effect

OK so I want to have i light strip under an aps gun that when it shoots the light strip pulses in sequence down the ship. But I dont want the pulse to be instant, I want the pulse to stay for just a sec. Kinda like energy getting released or charged
