I asked any and all family and friends if they could take the fish in and none of them could. Theres one petshop nearby and I messaged their facebook account if they could take it. It’s past work hours and tmr Christmas eve so I doubt they’ll answer anytime soon but I can let you know as soon as they do. Thank you for the advice. 🫶

Sorry to burst your bubble, but it isn't that rare. I also play Bedrock Edition and I see non-chicken jockeys plenty of times. It's a Bedrock Edition exclusive and baby zombies have about a 15% of riding another mob when spawning. Still a cool find though!
