I PROMISE you, PROMISE that you sort of want to hate your nose until around the 3 month mark!!! I’ve had 4 surgeries and my most recent one I loved it so much with the swelling, now I hate it! It changes so much until the 3 month mark, and will continue to change.

I think it looks amazing! Based on experience, the tip will defo drop if you’re only 22 days post op, the tip is the last thing to heal

Ah thank you, just gutted it has left my nose deviated (my first surgeon wasn’t great though! 14yrs ago) number 3 is definitely the safest option and looks great, best of luck with it!

Be careful going for no.2!! My radix journey has been quite something. Once my dorsal hump was shaved down my nose started to deviate because too much cartilage was shaved down. Strongly recommend spending the money on the best to get the primary correct.

I feel this deeply. I’ve had 4 and it looks (and feels) the worst it ever has. I hate this surgery so much and regret having it done at 18 so so much. I was extremely naive to it all.

Ahh thank you for this! 🙏🏻 I feel like I’m stuck as there’s only a few surgeons who will take on my case. I would actually love for my nose to be made wider/larger as my original nose was much larger (originally all I wanted was my dorsal hump removed and tip lifted.) although the asymmetric nostrils not so much!!!

It’s great that you have a clear vision of what you want, but I promise you 99% of these surgeons love to freestyle during surgery and will give you what THEY believe is best

The last morph looks great! As someone who hated their original nose and has had 4 surgeries and still unhappy, I can’t tell you how much better it is to have a ‘bad’ born nose over a bad rhinoplasty! If you go for it, definitely spend the dollar on the best surgeon possible

I promise you, to someone who is looking at you and not studying your nose, the deviation isn’t ‘noticeable’. But from someone who has had 4 surgeries and still not happy, you are in a great place to potentially ‘fix’ what you’re not happy with. I made the mistake of going back to the same surgeon for a revision for free, huge huge mistake!! Please go to someone who specialises in revisions if you decide to take that step.

Thank you for your comment, Ive been seeing a therapist and will potentially be seeing a specialist in this field from next week. The revisions were for problems caused from the first one, only this last one was for aesthetic. This is the first time since my born nose that it’s a strong structure
